Room prices per night are as follows:

Single:		From £30 - £40 (€41 - €54) Occupancy of twin
Standard Twin:		From £46 - £54 (€62 - €73)
Standard Double:		From £46 - £54 (€62 - €73)
Twin/Double with en-suite shower:		From £50 - £58 (€67 - €78)
Ground Floor Twin with private facilities (not en suite):		From £50 - £58 (€67 - €78)
Triples(3 single beds):		From £66 - £75 (€89 - €101)

Full Scottish Breakfast is included and Vegetarians can be catered for with prior notice.

Breakfast is served on Weekdays from 7am to 8.30am and at Weekends and Holiday Mondays between 8.30 am to 9.30am

General Information

Sorry but we are unable to accommodate children under 5 years old.

Check-in times: 1pm to 10pm, to be advised in advance.

By prior arrangement, we can keep luggage before 1pm.

Check-out time: 10am

Cancellation Policy

We have a 72 hour Cancellation Policy. If you have to change or cancel a booking,this is the minimum notice required,or full payment would be charged.

Terms and Conditions:

On making a booking,we require a credit/debit card guarantee. It is only a guarantee,nothing is processed.
Payment can be made in pounds,euros or by card,on arrival.

We would also accept a Non Refundable deposit instead. The amount would depend on the length of stay and number of persons.
